Continuity of principal place of business, updated promoter details, training MOU validity, compliance history, labour hygiene signals, and absence of adverse police inputs. Change of directors or address without intimation creates friction.

Original or previous licence copy; updated KYC; office proof continuity; affidavits; training continuity proof; fee instrument; employee or guard particulars where asked; GST and labour registration proofs in many practical checklists.

Operating after expiry is unlawful agency activity. Contracts, tenders, and principal employer audits can collapse. Treat renewal as a hard operational control, not an optional admin task.
